These peanut butter oat energy balls are a simple, wholesome treat—perfect for a quick snack or a little pick-me-up with your afternoon coffee. With just a handful of ingredients and no oven required, they’re easy to make and even easier to enjoy!

Ingredients (Makes 6 Servings):
  • ½ cup rolled oats (40g)
  • ⅓ cup peanut butter (80g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • A pinch of salt
Instructions:
  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  3. Using a spoon or tablespoon, divide the mixture into 6 portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
  4. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
