Some friends and I went to the island of Malta several years ago, to explore the Goddess sites, not the military ones. We stayed in a funky stone house with a little courtyard. We walked a lot. It was a very special trip!

Also good with fruit (especially berries or peaches) and plain greek yogurt!

I recently moved to a new community, and today I will be exploring a grocery store that has been around for years, but is new to me. It is a family run business!

There are so many if you look for them! Yes, holding a door for me when my arms were full of groceries, seeing me in the lobby and sitting down for a brief chat, letting me go ahead when pulling out of a parking spot. Just open up your awareness and you'll (probably) see many.

My first job, other than babysitting, was working in the change of address department of a magazine. This was before computers, so it was a bit more complicated than it would be today. I think I made $1.20 per hour, which was good pay for a teen in those days. Thanks for inviting me to remember!

Hi! I'm Kat I've recently moved from my Nineteenth Century house and large yard to an apartment in a small city. Lots of adapting to do! As I watch the snow fall outside my window, I rejoice that I will not have to do the shoveling. Looking forward to meeting you!
