Thank you for your response and the recipe.

I enjoy both Apple juice and OJ but I would side with Orange Juice. Sadly though I have to limit my juice intake now due to Diabetes 2.

I found out a few weeks ago that I have Diabetes 2 and I am hoping that someone on here has suggestions for easy meals that I can make at home. Or maybe online resources. There is a lot of information on the internet. I just want to find 10 or 15 meals that will fit into my new situation...

It looks like a fine hat and I am not here to judge, but I don't spend more than say 13 or 14 dollars on a hat. I find good hats at thrift stores and flea markets etc.
