Keebler’s Assorted Color Cups​

Back in the day, Keebler’s Assorted Color Cups added a little extra magic to childhood summers, birthday parties, and family gatherings. They were a staple in grocery stores and brought a playful twist to homemade ice cream treats. Do you remember seeing them in your kitchen cabinets? What was your favorite color? They were not in our kitchen cupboards. They were however in my friend’s kitchen. They were Catholic so couldn’t eat meat on Friday. I loved being there since her mom fixed steaks for the 3 of us after midnight! What an awesome treat! For dessert her mom served ice cream cones in the colored cone cups from Keebler! Friday was the best day EVER! Such an extra treat with those cones

It’s amazing how food can bring back such warm memories. Those Friday nights must have felt so special!
