Would You Rather? 04.04.2025

Hey GrayViners!

I’ve got a fun question for you today:

Would you rather always have perfect weather wherever you go OR never get stuck in traffic again?

Personally, I’m all about skipping traffic. Imagine never having to sit in that endless line of cars again! What a dream, right?

But I’m curious to hear what you all think—would you choose the weather or the traffic-free life?

Drop your answers below, and let’s get the conversation going! Can’t wait to see what you all choose.

Cheers!

Definitely never get stuck in traffic again. So many people lose control of their tempers, get impatient, give you the universally recognizable one finger salute, etc. Please calm down, when we can move you bet we will. Whereas with the weather I can dress up or down to suit the situation , run the air conditioner or heater depending upon the need. Carry an umbrella or where a Panamá hat if the scalp is going to bake. So get rid of the traffic and I'll be ecstatic. And thank you for auto spell on these. I'd be blocking the highway trying to correct my grammar.

I've thought about this a lot I'm in the Midwest,in a too big city, traffic and people everywhere all the time.the downside to moving to a less traffic city is probably too crowded and a place that's hot all the time would be even more overpopulated so I stay here cuz my kids and grandkid is here.i just bellyache alot!

No traffic. I am laid back most of the time but traffic jams make me anxious. When I live has mild winters so I can deal with the weather.

Perfect weather! To never have to worry about the barometer taking a nosedive again would be an absolute dream for me!
Having been in pain for 40 years since I was 21 I’m tired of it. I’ve had spinal fusions. I have multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, fibromyalgia and other smaller things.
I could enjoy the outside. Maybe take walks with my dog. Get vitamin D.

As weird as it sounds I don’t mind being stuck in traffic. No really. Being stuck like that is a wonderful way for me to unwind from my work day and put work on the back burner as I meditate…safely in the car. It gives me an opportunity finish planning supper and how I want to spend my evening. That’s okay with me. Don’t get me wrong though I could handle perfect weather but there is something
special about the time I spend on my way home.

Living in Northern California in the San Francisco Bay Area, we already have "perfect weather" so I'd definitely choose never to be stuck in traffic. It's horrendous commuting to SF everyday. What should be a 25-30 minute drive usually becomes an 1 1/2 - 2 hour drive everyday.

Even though i prefer perfect weather i detest being stuck in a traffic jam. Tempers flare and drivers get aggressive. I have seen them try and pass on the right hand side on the shoulder. And so many people get gun crazy.

Perfect weather for me. Living in Florida and never having to worry about a hurricane suits me just fine. I can handle traffic over them any day. Besides, at 78, I don't venture that far from home, unless I'm flying.
