I've always been a night owl. My mom would hear me late at night talking/singing to myself in my crib as a toddler.

I have always been an early bird-as a teen I could not understand how my siblings could sleep until 10 or 11 or even 12 noon on the weekends!

I am a night owl. I am now retired so I can sleep in. I worked night shift often and loved it. Also, I love late night talk shows.

Kind of both. During my 20 year military career I was an early bird. Did NOT go for the worms though lol
After retirement I sleep in till 10am whenever possible. I don’t need to wake up at o’dark 30 ever again lol

Always been a night owl. I worked 11 pm to 7 am in an ICU for years. Finally retired at age 70. Didn't want to retire then but my husband wanted to do some traveling. He has several medical issues and I knew it wasn't fair to put off retiring in casel he got too sick to travel. I retired and trust me it took 4-5 years to change from being a night owl. I found out if I was up too late my body said "oh we must be working tonight" and so getting enough sleep was almost impossible. I also gave up coffee after my morining cup.
Doing alittle better now but staying up nights and sleeping days has always had a special feel to it!
