Interesting question. With autumn and spring not being choices, I would have to go with winter. Personally I find extreme heat and humidity very uncomfortable. My view is that you can always add layers for warmth in the winter but other than air conditioning and pools/tubs, there is little to be done for summer.

You can always put on more clothes or wrap up in blankets in the winter. In the summer there's only so much you can take off! LOL!
