Armenian Meat Balls

Ingredients
1 lb Ground beef
1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup Soft bread cubes
1 cup Chopped parsley
1/3 cup Finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1 Egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp Butter
1 (8-oz) can Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
Combine beef, cheese, bread cubes, parsley, onion, salt, garlic salt, pepper and egg; shape into 18 balls.

Melt butter; brown meat balls over low heat. Remove to casserole and pour on tomato sauce; sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Cover casserole; bake 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Remove cover and bake an additional 10
