Mushroom Canisters

These mushroom canisters were a staple in many American homes through the '70s and early ‘80s. With their earthy browns, warm yellows, and cheerful red caps, they quietly stood guard over sugar, flour, and maybe even a few secret ingredients. Some folks still keep them—not just for storage, but because they hold a little piece of the past right there on the shelf. Did these kitchen sets ever grace your kitchen? Share your story in the comments—and while you're at it, post other nostalgic treasures in the forum. We'd love to take a stroll down memory lane with you.

I did a set of these when I was doing ceramics back in the 70's. Had them for years.
