Cucumber salad made wrong. One day while following the cucumber recipe from the cookbook the page turned and I ended up using apple cider vinegar instead of regular. The family loves it made the wrong way better than the correct way. Now I always use the apple cider vinegar.

Now that’s a flavor lineup! I bet the grill smells incredible when those hit the heat. Do you marinate overnight, or is it more of a brush-as-you-go masterpiece?
 
This might be the happiest kitchen accident I’ve ever heard! I love that the “mistake” became the favorite. Apple cider vinegar has a way of waking up the whole dish, doesn’t it?
