I loved Dark Shadows. When I got home from school I immediately put it on. Sunday night in our house was Disney and Bonanza. My dad would get our weekly ice cream and we all watched television. I miss those days. I am 76 now.

Lost in Space, Land of the Giants, Twilight Zone
Thanks for sharing those @Uma — what a great mix of sci-fi and suspense! Lost in Space and Land of the Giants had such imaginative worlds, and The Twilight Zone could be downright chilling. Did any of those shows ever give you a good scare or spark your imagination in a big way?

Batman with Adam West, Bugs Bunny, Johhny Quest, Space Angel, Garfield Goose, Combat to name a few. After my son was born X-Men on Saturday mornings.

My favorite shows from my youth were the Saturday morning cartoons
I remember in particular The Buster Brown show . Also my favorite shoes as well. Andy Devine was the hoi. Pluck your magic twanger Froggy 🐸
What a charming memory! The Buster Brown Show definitely left its mark—especially with Froggy and that unforgettable “magic twanger” line! And how sweet that you loved the shoes too. Did you ever have a pair of Buster Browns that made you feel extra special? Really appreciate you sharing this @ghandi44 — it brought back a bit of magic from a bygone era!

I watched Fury with my grandmother on Saturday morning. I like Sky King and American Bandstand. There was one TV and 2 men who like sports so I was subjected to that a lot.
