Vegas heat​

I'm DianaG 66yrs...hi!!! How u all coping with vegas heat when outdoors?

I live in Florida and not only have the heat but humidity to boot. If I have to be outdoors, I go out early in the morning and keep my drapes shut. My brother lives in Vegas and is an avid Golfer so this weather is really cutting into his golfing. He also goes out very early in the AM, when its not so hot.
