Hey GrayViners!

Isn’t it funny how the little things we keep close by can say so much about us? Whether it’s something practical, sentimental, or just plain quirky, those small treasures on our nightstands or tucked in a drawer are part of our daily routines.

So here’s today’s fun question: What’s one thing you always keep on your bedside table or in your favorite drawer?

It could be something practical (like your glasses or tissues), something comforting (a favorite book, lotion, or a midnight snack), or something quirky that’s just you.

I’ll go first—mine’s my phone. It’s always within reach, though sometimes I wonder if that’s a good thing or not! 😅

Now it’s your turn. What’s that one must-have item you keep close by?

Share below—I bet we’ll all see some fun and surprising answers!

Cheers!

My glasses and magazines and books that I read every night before turning off the light.
Thank you for joining the conversation @GaryBlake ! That’s a wonderful mix to keep by your bedside—practical with your glasses, and relaxing with books and magazines. Do you have a current favorite read you’d recommend?

Tape measure, candle, flashlight, pictures
I actually keep my phone under my pillow.
Thank you for sharing that @Hazeleyes ! I don’t think I’ve heard of a tape measure on the bedside before—that’s unique! Have you found it comes in handy often, or is it just one of those things that’s nice to keep nearby?

Of course my phone is always there, but I always keep chapstick there also. Seems like I'm always wanting to moisten my lips!
Thanks for sharing @Samcmillen ! That’s such a practical choice—I think a lot of us can relate to always needing chapstick nearby. Do you stick to one favorite brand, or do you like trying different kinds?
