The pantry’s looking a little empty, so I’ll be making a grocery run tomorrow. I actually look forward to it—checking the shelves, seeing what’s new and what’s on sale, maybe getting myself a little treat. 😄 I’ve already made my list, which got me wondering: do you use a shopping list, or do you just shop from memory? Share your answer with us in the comments!

I've had Walmart deliver my groceries for over 10 years. They allow me to run a list and add or delete from it over the course of several days so I don't have to write anything down. It can also give you a total so if you are on a budget, you can adjust accordingly.

Me too!! Only I pick them up curbside.

I make up my grocery list using Walmart's online wishlist function. I start a month ahead of time, and make a list as the month progresses. The day I get my SS check deposited, I look at my list, make adds and deletions, and stay within my budget. I move everything into my cart, set up a day and time, and pick them up curbside. They load everything into my hatch and backseat, and all I have to do is carry them in from the garage and put it all away!! I live alone and only shop once a month. Sooo convenient, and stress free!!

When we could still drive, we would shop using a list. We also winged it without a list. We would forget some things that we didn’t include on the list. Cruising the aisles for new products was purely and simply FUN!
Now we check out the Walmart app and order groceries online and have them delivered! Some days it’s challenging enough to get them in from the front porch. Those days we rely on our neighbor to bring them inside for us. It makes us realize that there still is good people in this world!

Always have an ongoing grocery list. Keep it on the counter so I can add to it as things run out or get low.! Otherwise this 79 year old brain would never remember what is needed.!!

I use Windows OneNote on my desktop computer, as I think of things I add to that. It syncs to my Phone One Note app. It's amazing how easy it is to use it. Of course, always the add ins. You do have to remember to bring your phone, and mine is definitely not attached to my hips.

I make a list for the grocery store but when I leave it behind I have to go by memory. I also shop at BJ’s so I just keep adding things that are running low until I am ready to go there and I do pickup.

Both. l make a list of things that we are needing then l go through the grocery's ad. When l get to the store, l will something new to try or even something that l haven't wrote down
