The Beer Conference
There was a big conference of beer producers.
At the end of the day, the presidents of all the beer companies decided to have a drink together at a bar.
The president of Budweiser ordered a Bud.
The president of Miller ordered a Miller Lite.
Adolph Coors ordered a Coors.
And so it went down the line.
Then the waitress turned to Arthur Guinness and asked what he’d like to drink. To everyone’s surprise, Mr. Guinness said,
"I’ll have a Coke."
His colleagues looked at him in disbelief and asked,
"Why don’t you order a Guinness?"
Arthur smiled and replied,
"Naah. If you guys aren’t drinking beer, then neither will I."
