Crockpot Million Dollar Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 2 (24 oz) jars spaghetti sauce
- 24 oz jar water
- 16 oz box cavatappi pasta
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Brown and crumble the ground beef with salt and pepper; drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, ricotta, garlic, and parsley.
- In a 6-quart slow cooker, spread half a jar of spaghetti sauce.
- Layer half the dry pasta, half the beef, and dollops of the cream cheese mixture.
- Add remaining pasta, sauce, and beef. Pour in water.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours, or until pasta is tender.
- Stir gently, then top with mozzarella cheese. Cover until melted.
