These are very good exercises. Another chair setting exercise is a group but called Cardio Drumming. I saw a demonstration, looked fun, good movements, stay seated and gives a good work out. Many nursing homes etc are using it. I start my first class today and we sign up for an 8 week session...

When applied for SS was not told i would need a prescription card. I have one now but Medicare fined me and will have to pay that amount for ever. So that fine and what ever my prescription will be.
