It is! One problem I’ve had is as a former chef, I have trouble cooking small batches. When I make soup, I reach for my big pots and then I end up with too much to freeze. One more point-there is a reason Campbells doesn’t sell soup in clear jars. It doesnt always look that great! Taste great...
I’ve been canning for years. I started when we had wild blackberries growing in our yard and there were too many to eat. I was so successful I won a blue ribbon at our county fair. I think I’ve just about canned everything out there, including sauces and soups.
