“I died and came back”—Here’s what no one tells you

In the tapestry of human existence, the mystery of what lies beyond the veil of death has been one of the most profound and enduring questions. It's a topic that has fascinated philosophers, theologians, and scientists alike.

But for those who have brushed shoulders with the Grim Reaper and returned to tell the tale, the afterlife is not just a matter of speculation—it's an experience.

Today, we bring you the electrifying story of Dannion Brinkley, a man who claims to have glimpsed the other side not once, but multiple times, after being “killed” by a lightning strike.

Imagine the odds—less than 1 in 1 million.

Those were the chances of being struck by lightning that Dannion Brinkley faced on that fateful day in 1975. Yet, fate had a different plan for this Marine and businessman.

As Brinkley recounted to KLAS, the lightning bolt hit him squarely, sending him flying and leaving him burning, blinded, and paralyzed. It was a moment that would forever alter the course of his life.

Declared dead and taken to the morgue, Brinkley's journey was far from over.

account aligns with what many expect of death—a bright light, a life flashing before one's eyes.

But Brinkley's experience was more than just a fleeting moment. Rather, it was an odyssey that would take years to fully comprehend.

A Second Brush with the Beyond
Brinkley's dance with death was not a one-time affair. Over a decade later, while undergoing open-heart surgery, he once again teetered on the edge of the mortal plane.

According to the publisher of his first book, Saved by the Light, during this second encounter, Brinkley was “reunited with his angelic instructors” and discovered how to harness his newfound psychic and spiritual gifts to assist those who were dying or in dire need.

The Science Behind Near-Death Experiences
While skeptics may cast doubt on Brinkley's claims, emerging scientific research suggests there may be more to near-death experiences (NDEs) than mere fantasy.

Dr. Sam Parnia, an associate professor of medicine at NYU Langone Health, shared with The Post that signs of normal or near-normal brain activity have been observed up to an hour into resuscitation.

An NYU Grossman School of Medicine study further indicated that these experiences are not only lucid but also unique and universal—distinct from dreams, illusions, and delusions.

A Life Transformed by the Afterlife

Having been granted multiple opportunities in life, Brinkley has dedicated his time to inspiring others with his story. He counsels terminally ill patients and fellow veterans, encouraging them to face death without fear.

His message is one of hope and spiritual awakening: “So, when you learn you don’t die, when you learn you’re a spiritual being, you’re not going to go to hell—that’s enough to inspire you to change,” he told KLAS.

Brinkley's stance on the afterlife is clear and unwavering, saying, “Nobody dies. It never happens. It’s not a part of the nature of reality,” he asserts.

Yes, twice. Once in a car accident and once during an operation. The first is the strongest. I was met and told to return to my life that it wasn't my time. I was devastated. I did not want to come back, where i was was so comforting and joyful. Suddenly I was back to myself outside my car in front of the house I almost hit. I cried for what I didn't get
