Another longtime patron shared, “I’ve been a regular for over 50 years. I was 18 when I was first introduced to the marvelous place. I’ll be there on their last day to order everything on the menu one last time.”

Voltaire Lepe, the family’s realtor, explained, “They’ve been working here all their lives. Just like any business owner, everyone owes money to different government agencies.”
The property—including two residential units—is currently listed for just under $2 million, with offers being accepted through August 6.
The family is open to selling the business along with the building if the right buyer steps forward.
