Anti-Inflammatory Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups kale, stems removed and roughly chopped
  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks, slightly thawed (see Tip)
  • 1 cup frozen, unsweetened passion fruit cubes
  • 1 cup whole-milk plain yogurt
  • ½ cup water
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 sprig fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions:
  1. Add kale, mango, passion fruit, yogurt, water, dates, and cilantro (if using) to a blender.
  2. Blend on medium-low speed, gradually increasing speed as needed, until smooth and creamy.

Make-Ahead Tip:
Store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 1 day.

Blending Tip:
Rinse frozen mango chunks under cold water for a few seconds to soften them—this helps the blender work more smoothly.
