Ingredients:

1 medium apple
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon raisins

Directions:
  1. Cut the apple in half from the stem down. Place each half, cut-side down, on a cutting board and slice into 6 pieces, removing the core.
  2. Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter on one side of each apple slice.
  3. Sprinkle 4 to 6 raisins on top of the peanut butter on one apple slice, then press another slice on top, with the peanut-butter side facing down—like a little apple sandwich!
  4. Repeat with the remaining apple slices. Enjoy!
