The real key to the puzzle​


The mistake? The person who suggested adding 20 overlooked the numbers on the left side of the equations.

A closer look reveals a sequence: reading the first three equations vertically, the numbers progress in order—11, 12, 13 and 12, 13, 14.

However, there's a twist. The fourth row disrupts this pattern by skipping 14 + 15 and jumping directly to 15 + 16.
