Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Who knew that a ripe avocado and rich dark chocolate could create the silkiest, most indulgent mousse? This easy, no-bake treat is packed with flavor, naturally sweetened, and topped with a delightful crunch—perfect for a guilt-free dessert that feels downright decadent!

Ingredients:

  • 3.5 oz (100g) 70% dark chocolate
  • 1 ripe avocado, seeded and peeled
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 Tbsp water (if needed)
  • Raspberries, cocoa nibs, or chopped pistachios for topping

Instructions:

  1. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave or using a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Blend the avocado: In a small blender, puree the avocado until smooth, adding 1 Tbsp of water if needed for a creamy texture.
  3. Combine ingredients: Fold the blended avocado and agave syrup into the melted chocolate, stirring well until fully combined.
  4. Chill & serve: Divide the mixture into four small glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with raspberries, cocoa nibs, or chopped pistachios before enjoying.
