- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup dry bread crumbs
- ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Dijon mustard, and honey.
- In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, chopped pecans, and parsley.
- Lightly brush each salmon fillet with the honey-mustard mixture.
- Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the fillets, coating the tops evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve with lemon wedges.
