Baked Dijon Salmon

A deliciously tangy and nutty salmon dish that’s easy to prepare and packed with flavor. Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or a special meal!

Ingredients:
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 ½ tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup dry bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup finely chopped pecans
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, for garnish
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, Dijon mustard, and honey.
  3. In another bowl, combine bread crumbs, chopped pecans, and parsley.
  4. Lightly brush each salmon fillet with the honey-mustard mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the fillets, coating the tops evenly.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, and serve with lemon wedges.
