Baked Ham and Cheese Party Sandwiches

Perfect for parties, potlucks, or even weeknight dinners, these Baked Ham and Cheese Party Sandwiches are warm, melty, and just a little bit indulgent. A buttery glaze with a hint of mustard and onion ties it all together. 🥪

Ingredients:
  • ¾ cup melted butter
  • 1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 24 mini sandwich rolls (like Hawaiian rolls)
  • 1 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham
  • 1 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion.
  3. Slice each roll in half horizontally, keeping the tops and bottoms connected in sheets if possible.
  4. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Layer with ham slices, then Swiss cheese, then return the tops.
  5. Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sandwiches, making sure everything is coated.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the tops are lightly browned and the cheese is melted.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
