Baked Pork Chops with Cream of Mushroom Soup

This recipe uses just five ingredients to deliver tender pork chops drenched in creamy mushroom goodness. With onions at the base and condensed soup pulled over everything, it’s a quick, comforting bake perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients:
  • ½ yellow onion, sliced
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 26 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 cubes beef bouillon, broken up
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Place onion slices in the bottom of a glass baking dish.
  3. Lay pork chops over the onions.
  4. Cover chops evenly with the condensed mushroom soup.
  5. Add water and beef bouillon cubes, breaking up the bouillon to distribute flavor.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 1 hour, stirring the gravy once or twice.
  7. The pork is done when an instant-read thermometer reads at least 145°F (63°C).
