Ingredients:
  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons blackened seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
  1. Prepare the chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and blackened seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken: Add the chicken thighs, skin-side down, and cook for 7–10 minutes per side until the skin is crispy, and the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Drizzle with ranch dressing and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
