- 20 baby bella mushrooms, stems removed
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- Thinly sliced chives, for serving
- Preheat your oven to 400°F with a rack in the center. While it heats, mix the bacon, garlic, cream cheese, blue cheese, and buffalo sauce in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet with their cap sides facing down. Divide the bacon and cheese filling evenly among them, then top each one with a sprinkle of mozzarella.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
