Chicken Club Pasta Salad
This Chicken Club Pasta Salad captures all the flavors of a classic club sandwich. It’s a perfect pick for picnics, potlucks, or a family-friendly lunch that comes together in just 30 minutes.

- 8 oz corkscrew (fusilli/rotini) pasta
- ¾ cup Italian-style salad dressing
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, chopped
- 12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cubed Muenster (or Monterey Jack) cheese
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and chopped
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 10–12 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing and mayonnaise.
- Stir in pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, cheese, celery, bell pepper, and avocado until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, or cover and chill for a make-ahead option.
