A quick and delicious take on the classic! Chicken rolled with Swiss cheese and ham, baked to perfection.

Ingredients:
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices cooked ham
- ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 7x11-inch baking dish with spray.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese and ham.
- Roll up and secure with toothpicks, then place in the dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until cooked through.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake 3-5 more minutes until melted.
- Remove toothpicks and serve!
