Chicken Curry Puffs

Flaky pastry, flavorful chicken, and warm spices all wrapped into one bite-sized treat—these chicken curry puffs are a must-try for any snack lover! 🥟🍛

Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ pound ground chicken
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add ground chicken, onion, and garlic; cook until chicken is browned and onions are soft.
  4. Stir in curry powder, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Cut the puff pastry sheet into 9 equal squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture onto the center of each square, then fold into triangles and press the edges to seal.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
