Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ pound ground chicken
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken, onion, and garlic; cook until chicken is browned and onions are soft.
- Stir in curry powder, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Cut the puff pastry sheet into 9 equal squares.
- Place a spoonful of chicken mixture onto the center of each square, then fold into triangles and press the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
