- 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon sliced pimientos, optional
- Prep the Broccoli: Heat the oven to 325°F. Briefly boil broccoli in a large pot for 1 minute, then drain and set aside.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Fold in the broccoli and chicken. Transfer the mixture to a greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Top with cheese. Combine bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over the dish.
