Chicken Fingers

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups bread crumbs (preferably panko)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken strip in the flour, dip in egg, and coat with the seasoned bread crumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, fry the chicken fingers in batches for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken fingers and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
