Chicken Fingers

Crispy, golden, and oh-so-delicious — these Breaded Chicken Fingers are a perfect treat for kids and adults alike! Serve them with your favorite dipping sauces and enjoy a crispy bite every time. 🍗✨

Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups bread crumbs (preferably panko)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
  1. Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dredge each chicken strip in the flour, dip in egg, and coat with the seasoned bread crumbs.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, fry the chicken fingers in batches for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken fingers and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce!
