Chicken Katsu

Crispy, golden, and delicious—this Chicken Katsu is the perfect comfort food! 🍗✨

Ingredients:
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup vegetable oil for frying
  • Tonkatsu sauce (for serving)
Directions:
  1. Flatten chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko bread crumbs.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip into eggs, and coat in panko.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve with Tonkatsu sauce and enjoy!
