Chicken Katsu

Ingredients:
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup vegetable oil for frying
- Tonkatsu sauce (for serving)
- Flatten chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko bread crumbs.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip into eggs, and coat in panko.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with Tonkatsu sauce and enjoy!
