This new offer comes just in time for a popular food holiday celebrated annually.
Many customers may already qualify, and a simple online action could unlock something bigger.
But you’ll need to act fast—some perks are only available for a limited time.
This is part of the brand's new AvoLotto Sweepstakes, which runs until 11:59 PM PT on July 30.
To enter, participants must be 18 or older and legal residents of the US.
They’ll also need to use an interactive “AvoLotto” lens through an augmented reality feature online.
Users must scan a real avocado using the official filter on Snapchat with an interactive AR lens at Chipotle’s official account. An on-screen message will then appear, revealing whether they’ve won.
Winners will receive a redemption code on Snapchat, which must be claimed through a Chipotle Rewards account within five days.
The prize consists of 52 separate codes—one for each week—to cover a full year’s worth of free guac. No purchase is required to join the sweepstakes.
On July 31, the chain is celebrating National Avocado Day by offering a free guac topping or side with any regular-priced entrée.
To redeem, customers must enter promo code AVO2025 through the Chipotle app or at Chipotle.com.

"Each year for National Avocado Day, the holiday that has become synonymous with Chipotle, we find new and creative ways for fans to score our hand-mashed guac," the company stated.
Brand representatives also noted their commitment to natural ingredients, explaining, “We only use real ingredients in our restaurants…so when we worked with Snapchat to create “AvoLotto,” we had to make sure that it only detects real fruit.”
The chain recently introduced a new Tex-Mex-inspired sauce called Adobo Ranch.
This dip combines sour cream, adobo pepper, herbs, and spices. In addition, a returning fan favorite has found a permanent spot on the menu: Chipotle Honey Chicken.
The protein offering is marinated in seared, smoked chipotle peppers and honey, paired with savory Mexican spices.
