Copycat Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette

This smoky, sweet, and tangy Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette is the perfect way to elevate any salad or dish with a kick of flavor. Simple to make and packed with bold ingredients, it’s a zesty addition to your recipe collection!

Ingredients:

2 chipotles in adobo, plus 1 tablespoon of the sauce
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons honey
6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
2/3 cup rice bran oil or neutral oil (vegetable, canola)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sour cream (optional)

Directions:
  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a blender, combine chipotles with adobo sauce, garlic, oregano, honey, red wine vinegar, and cumin. Blend until smooth.
  3. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil to emulsify the mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a sealable jar.
  5. Optional: Serve with a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
