Corned Beef Hash

Ingredients:
- 700g (1.5 lb) potatoes, peeled and chopped into 3cm cubes
- 340g (12 oz) tinned corned beef, cut into 1cm cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or Henderson’s Relish)
- Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Boil potatoes until tender, then drain well.
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion for 5 minutes.
- Add potatoes, corned beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on high heat for 5–10 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Optional: Pop under the grill for extra crunch.
- Serve warm—topped with a fried egg if you’d like that extra touch!
