Ingredients:
1 large round loaf (boule)
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
2 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 (8-ounce) wheel of Brie, sliced into thin strips
1 (15-ounce) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a serrated knife, cut the bread in a crosshatch pattern, making 1-inch cuts in both directions without slicing all the way through to the bottom.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the thyme and rosemary. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Brush this herbed butter generously over the bread, making sure to coat the crosshatch cuts.
- Stuff each cut with slices of Brie and spoonfuls of cranberry sauce. Wrap the bread completely in foil.
- Place on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is warmed through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm and enjoy!
