Dinner or Drinks?
On a flight from Austin to New York, there were 400 passengers, but only 200 meals were loaded by mistake. The crew only realized after takeoff and started to panic—until one clever flight attendant made an announcement:
“Ladies and gentlemen, we apologize, but we have 400 passengers and only 200 dinners. If anyone is willing to give up their meal, we’ll provide free and unlimited liquor for the rest of the flight!”
Six hours later, she made a second announcement:
“Ladies and gentlemen, if anyone has changed their mind, we still have 180 dinners left.”
