There are two separate classes in this settlement:- Location Targeting Class
- Advertisers who used AdWords from January 1, 2004 to March 22, 2011 and paid for clicks outside of their chosen geographic region.
- Search Bundled Clicks Class
- Advertisers active from June 1, 2009 to December 13, 2012, who were charged for clicks on search partner sites without separate pricing.
