Easy Meatloaf

Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, chopped onion, milk, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared loaf pan, shaping it evenly.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spread the sauce evenly over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the center is no longer pink.
  6. Let the meatloaf cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
