- 1 Tbsp no-salt-added everything bagel seasoning (plus a pinch more to garnish)
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper (about 1 small pepper)
- ⅓ cup crunchy chickpeas (about 1 oz.)
- In a 16-ounce jar or small bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, everything bagel seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
- Layer on the chopped bell pepper, then top with the crunchy chickpeas.
