Following a successful test run in 2021, it received a full-season order, but despite its initial promise, it struggled to maintain strong ratings. The cancellation comes just a year after the UK version of Pictionary debuted on ITV. leaving fans to wonder if the format will find new life across the pond.
Similarly, Person, Place, or Thing made its debut in September 2023 and aired for two seasons.
Hosted by Baby Daddy actress Melissa Peterman, the show challenged three contestants to guess people, places, and things for a chance to win cash and prizes.
Modeled after the classic game 20 Questions, it aimed to bring a fresh twist to traditional trivia formats but ultimately failed to secure a large enough audience.
