Starting in April and continuing through June, Yum! Brands, in collaboration with tech leader Nvidia, will introduce voice-ordering AI designed to handle complex menu requests and adapt to different speech patterns.

Wendy’s CEO Kirk Tanner recently announced plans to introduce voice-enabled AI at up to 600 locations nationwide, citing promising results from a previous test run.

McDonald’s ended its AI pilot program after customers reported incorrect orders.
