Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded chicken (cooked)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, salsa, green onions, and taco seasoning until well combined.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly spread the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, making sure to cover the entire surface.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to form a log.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and serve immediately, or chill them for a bit before serving.
