On June 21, Smoothie King is offering a free 20-ounce smoothie with the purchase of any smoothie 20 ounces or larger.
The deal is part of their National Smoothie Day promotion and available at participating locations nationwide.
There’s no promo code required—just show up and buy. The second smoothie must be of equal or lesser value.
If you’re looking for something new, Smoothie King has also launched a limited-time flavor to sweeten the deal.

It’s called the Hydration Watermelon and includes real fruit and electrolytes with zero added sugar.
You can also try it in Pineapple Mango or Berry. All three are eligible for the buy-one-get-one offer.
Prefer the classics? You can still opt for longtime fan favorites like the Caribbean Way, Strawberry-Kiwi Breeze, or the Veggie Carrot Kale Dream.
Every smoothie on the menu qualifies for the promo as long as the size minimum is met.
