These French Dip Sliders are savory, melty, and perfect for game day or casual gatherings. With caramelized onions, provolone cheese, and a buttery-topped roll that bakes right in the dish, they deliver classic flavors with minimal fuss—all served with flavorful au jus for dipping.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 1 (12-count) package slider buns
- 9 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pound sliced deli roast beef
- 9 slices Gruyère cheese (or provolone)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- Au Jus:
- 1½ cups beef bone broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ teaspoons soy sauce
- 1½ teaspoons garlic powder
- 1½ teaspoons onion powder
- 1½ teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water (slurry)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice slider buns in half without separating them. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- In a skillet, melt 1 Tbsp butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft and golden (8–10 minutes).
- Layer roast beef over the bottoms of the rolls, then top with cheese slices and the caramelized onions. Replace the top bun slab.
- Melt the remaining butter and whisk in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and parsley, then brush evenly over the tops of the sliders. Cover loosely with foil.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5 minutes more, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Meanwhile, prepare the au jus: combine broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic and onion powders, and fish sauce in a saucepan. Simmer, then whisk in the cornstarch slurry and cook until slightly thickened (~2–3 minutes).
- Serve sliders warm with au jus for dipping.
