Ingredients:
  • 6 oz fresh blueberries
  • 6 oz nonfat blueberry Greek yogurt (Feel free to try honey, vanilla, or strawberry flavors — they’re all delicious!)
Instructions:
  1. Wash the blueberries and line a small baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Using a toothpick, dip each blueberry into the Greek yogurt, swirling it around until fully coated. Place each one on the lined baking sheet.
  3. Repeat until all the blueberries are coated.
  4. Freeze the tray for at least an hour.
  5. Once frozen, transfer the blueberries to a ziplock bag and keep them in the freezer for easy snacking. Just grab a handful whenever you’re craving a cool, fruity treat!
