Happy Friday, dear GrayViners!

i hope this week’s been kind to you, though it certainly hasn’t been easy for me. I’ve been struggling with some acid reflux, so I’ve been skipping my daily cup of coffee—which got me thinking, what's your go-to morning drink? Share it with me in the comments, maybe I'll switch things up! Or maybe you have some tips to fight heartburn? I'd be grateful to hear it!

Cranberry juice first thing, then black coffee...Dark French Roast. Drink it until lunch time.

For your acid reflux use Omeprazole. I've been on it for years and it works wonders.

I drink one cup of coffee each morning. BUT I take a prescription Omeprozol every day to prevent heartburn, acid reflux and indigestion

I have Acid Reflex or Gerd Disease, Use Omeprazole and as a back up if needed i use a OTC Antacid Tablet Calcium Carbonate 1000 mg Just haven't been able to give up my AM coffee though. Caffeine is a bummer on Acid Reflex

My go to drink is diet Coke. Coffee makes me more thirsty. Tea is sometimes bitter. A cold diet Coke gets me going. But doesn't taste too good just after brushing my teeth. Lol

I’m terribly boring. I don’t like coffee or tea. Before I retired I grabbed a Coca Cola as soon as I went in the building. Now I have cereal and drink the leftover milk. Otherwise I drink a cup of slightly chocolated milk. Like I said, boring.

My go to morning drink is Benner Chamomile caffine free tea with honey.
